Francisco, the job foreman, and his crew were excellent! They deserve 5 stars!! However the company representatives, who handle the business end are not great. They are not local and not helpful! They would talk over me and would not listen to my concerns. The job was completed as quickly as possible. Francisco was knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. He did an excellent job!!

We used Hero Plumbing for some issues this week. In a word, they were great. They were able to get help out to the house in a jiffy. Their tech, Carlos was fabulous. He was knowledgeable, quick to pinpoint the problem and get it fixed, all at a very reasonable price compared to the competition which we had called first. And, Carlos was also very friendly and courteous throughout. Top-notch!

I did a cold call to Rooter Hero and they did an excellent job on my kitchen drain with a garbage disposal. Kent was super kind and did a great job. We had a good time working on my clog....not many times you can say that your plumber was fun to have around! LOL

I went on Rooter Hero's website in the morning to put in a request to schedule an appointment to clear my shower drain & they called me back immediately. They were able to connect me with a service technician named Jacob Sutton who arrived within an hour or so that same morning! Jacob was extremely professional & cleared the drain with ease (yay, no more showering in water up to my ankles!). The whole process was such a breeze. I will absolutely use Rooter Hero for any future plumbing needs!
